JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive
COMPANY: Metrowest Limited
REPORTS TO: Deputy General Manager
The Company is a real estate development company, currently focused on residential property with developments in several locations. On it’s path of growth, the company is expanding scope of operations by undertaking new developments.
As part of its growth and expansion plan, the company requires a Marketing Manager (with prior experience in a Real Estate Development Company) who would have direct responsibility for positioning the property offerings in the market place and create visibility for the potential customers. The incumbent will build a brand and product presence from the ground up by creating and executing a marketing plan. Such plan will be designed to attract the attention and interest of potential homeowners and investors, while guiding them through the decision process, leading to the consummation of sales.
The position calls for skills in market research, traditional marketing, e-marketing, social media management, customer care and record keeping.
*Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies;
*Oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy including innovative campaigns and digital marketing;
*Plan, develop and oversee production of company marketing and communication materials;
*Lead company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets;
*Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers;
*Maintain social media presence at product level and at a corporate level;
*Manage and maintain accurate information on company website updates in conjunction with the Website Developer/ Manager;
*Draft Press Releases; represent the company to media outlets;
*Establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives;
*Procure and manage external sales agencies as required;
*Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements;
*Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results;
*Prepare sales reports (enquiry rate, type etc.) for Senior Management periodically, or as may be required;
*Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
*Strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales and marketing
*Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy and implementation
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, Adobe Photoshop etc.
*Management of internal and external resources to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
*Excellent written and verbal communication in English Language
*Ability to work well in a team environment
*Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
*Good interpersonal skills
*Proven attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
HND or First degree in Estate Management, Social Sciences or any business related field. Possession of an MBA or Marketing Qualification, though not compulsory, may be an advantage
Experience of not less than 3- 5 years in sales and marketing role in real-estate industry (preferably in marketing/sale of houses, rather than land).
GRADE LEVEL: Assistant Manager
ANNUAL REMUNERATION: Between N2.4m and N2.8m.

- Admin Officer:
Duties of Admin Officer
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

- Marketing/ Sales Officer:
Duties of Marketing Officer:
Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Responsibilities of Marketing/Sales Officer include:
Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
Ideally a degree in marketing although not essential.

Requirements of Marketing/Sales Officer:
Planning a variety of marketing campaigns for the organization.
Ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.
Working closely with the rest of the marketing team on campaigns.
A/B Testing campaign to trial new ideas for effectiveness.
Reporting campaign results to senior management and explaining variances.
Working to strict deadlines and KPI’s as set by the Management.
Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations
Manage company’s website, Install and configure softwares, hardwares, networks, printers & scanners,

- IT/ Marketing Officer:
Duties of IT/Marketing Officer:
Degree in Information Technology
- Extensive experience in website development, Installation and configuration of softwares, hardwares, networks, printers & scanners, administration of social media platforms,
Extensive experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Strong technical ability and marketing platform experience.
Relevant industry experience gained from a similar company would be a strong advantage.
An ability to work to organizational deadlines and KPI’s.

- Biomed Technician:
Duties of Biomed Technicians
Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect medical equipment and instrumentation, including life-support equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and electrical safety testing of clinical equipment, devices, and systems.
Diagnose and correct system and equipment malfunctions.
Maintain documentation on new equipment, inspections, and equipment repairs and failures.
Assist with and evaluate third-party repairs.
Provide technical assistance and instruction to personnel regarding equipment operation & maintenance.
Review outcome of preventive maintenance actions and make recommendations to department staff concerning improvements.
Join and support the marketing team in marketing products.
Requirements for Biomed Technicians
Degree in electronics or biomedical equipment technology is highly desirable, as well as a minimum of two years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Knowledge of technical aspects of electronic equipment and its operation, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of the application and repair of computers and servers and how they interface with medical equipment.
Knowledge of current regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology as applied to use of biomedical equipment.
Knowledge of color code conventions used in component and wiring marking.
Ability to analyze, repair, and test electronic and electromechanical equipment.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance inspections.
Ability to run diagnostic programs.
Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and illustrated parts drawings of biomedical

- Driver/ Mechanic:
Duties of Driver/Mechanic
Carry out routine maintenance of vehicles.
Drive staff and visitors to, from and within the assigned locations as and when required
Maintain log books and report regularly to Fleet Supervisor on the performance of assigned vehicles.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs where applicable and advice Supervisor and staff on the repairs of vehicles.
Assist in the recovery of broken down vehicles.
Give technical assistance and coordinate the procurement of genuine vehicle parts for maintenance and repairs
Give technical guidance to other vehicle users to polish driving skills and unsure the safe use of the vehicles
Ensure that vehicles are clean and have all the requisite safety gargets such as fire extinguishers, dusters, basic tools and equipment and also valid road worthy certificates and insurance.
Requirements of Driver/Mechanic
Minimum of secondary school certificate (SSC) with a pass in English and Mathematics
Valid driving license with excellent driving ability
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position
Basic knowledge of automobiles and ability to make minor repairs and perform preventive maintenance
Fluency in oral and written English is required.
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to handle a variety of assignments sometimes under pressure of deadlines
Be willing to take on extra responsibilities in order to achieve the goals/objectives set by the organization
Valid, current driving license with a clean driving record (no accidents)
